In addition to insurance law and regulation, we also provide association management, meeting and hotel contracting services. We have experience in all 50 states in legislation management and have a proven network of lobbyists
who know how to get legislation passed for our clients.

Communications. This is a public relations and association
management company directed by my brother David V. Chartrand.
David is the chief spokesperson for a variety of insurance
interests and trade groups. He is also involved in more programs
and initiatives and can get more work done by 8:00 AM than
anyone we know. A

- The
Arthur A. Chartrand Company. My dad, Arthur A. Chartrand joined his sons Eddie and Steven in heaven on June 16, 2004. Dad ran his personal financial consulting business with us since 1980.“Art Sr.” as we conveniently
refer to him, was the former Executive Vice President and
then President of Johnson County National Bank and Kansas
National Banks respectively until 1980. Both banks have since been bought
out or merged into larger banking organizations.

Susan Morrison
has been with The Chartrand Companies since 1986. Susan's official
title is that of Office Manager, but she is universally talented
and handles accounting and many aspects of our database maintenance
and meetings management responsibilities. She and her husband
Jack have three children, Matt, Karl and Becky. Susan is truly a world class quilter and creates incredible works of art for her favorite local charities.
Joy Moore
wears a variety of hats and responsibilities in our organization. Her
skills go way beyond full time paralegal and manager for the
law office administrative matters. “Joy can handle almost
any issue or need in my absence…or in my presence,” according to Art Chartrand. She and her husband Steve live in Olathe,
Kansas and have two sons. Zach is currently working for Aeroflex as a Software Engineer and is engaged to Min Gui. Both Zach & Min are nationally ranked table tennis players. Travis will be attending law school in the Fall after graduation with a Degree in Philosophy from North Park University in Chicago.
Joy loves working out, boating, the outdoors and being involved in just about everything.
Elaine Bickel takes care of many tasks from receptionist to bookkeeping and accounting. Elaine joined us in mid 2003. Her wit and sense of humor along with her elegant charm make her an integral part of our family and devotion to personal service.
In 2004, Carol Chartrand returned to full time real estate sales and is now associated with Prudential Kansas City Realty. From anywhere in the country to anywhere, Carol is assisting new clients in buying and selling their homes. You won't find better personal service. You can reach her at carol@prukc.com
